побудові висловлювань з цією структурою на рівні одного речення.
4. Навчити робити
повідомлення щодо планів на наступні вихідні та брати участь в обговоренні
спільної думки щодо відпочинку.
Освітня: Розширити кругозір учнів інформацією про
дозвілля англійських школярів.
Виховна: Виховувати в учнів необхідність із користю
проводити вільний час.
Розвиваюча: Розвивати комунікативні здібності учнів,
удосконалювати вміння монологічного і діалогічного мовлення, розвивати творчі
здібності, уяву учнів.
Обладнання уроку: Адитивний текст (звукозапис); опорні,
ключові слова на дошці, роз даткові картки, граматична таблиця “Conditional
Sentences”.

Hello, friends. I see you are full
of impressions of your last week-end, so we’ll discuss it today. You will also
learn how to speak about your future actions that will take place under some
conditions.
2. Розмова про минулі

Мета: Ввести учнів в атмосферу англомовного
спілкування, підготувати їх до сприйняття нового граматичного матеріалу.
Прийом 1: висловлювання учнів на рівні понад
фразової єдності.
Прийом 2: відповідь на запитання.
T.: Now I
want you to share your impressions about you last week-end. Speak about the
most pleasant (unpleasant) things you did. (P1, P2, P3).

Мета: Продемонструвати нову граматичну структуру
в типових ситуаціях і домогтися розуміння учнями її функції.
В) Узагальнення і запис правила.
Г) Виконання вправ на закріплення структури.
Мета: Автоматизація дій учнів з новою структурою
на рівні фрази.
Прийом 1: Відповідь на питання вчителя
Прийом 2: Робота в парах, побудова висловлювання на
рівні фрази з опорою на кртки.
The
pupils are given handouts on which there are verbs denoting leisure activities
during week-ends.
T.: Discuss
in pairs what you are going to do next week-end. Say what you will do with
pleasure, what will be interesting, exciting, funny, etc. (P1 P2).
Be
prepared to report your plans to your classmates.
When
the pupils say what they will do during the next week-end the teacher joins the
conversations.
e.g.: P1: I will
go to the cinema with my friend. A very funny film is on now.
T.: It will
also go to the cinema and see this film if my son recovers from illness.
P2: I will
swim and sunbathe with my family.
T.: I will
also do it with pleasure if the weather is hot.
Then
the teacher repeats his/her sentences and writes them on the blackboard.
e.g.: I
will listen to music if I have free time.
T.: Where
is the main action that will happen next week-end?
Cl.: “I will
listen to music”.
T.: But
there is a condition, which is real. Where is it?
Cl.: “if I
have free time”.
T.: Have I
expressed present or future action in the if-clause?
Cl.: “future”.
T.: Note that in English sentences with subordinate clauses of condition
instead of the Future Indefinite the Present Indefinite Tense is used to
express a future action.
Let’s
write a scheme of such sentences:

This
sentence is called Conditional I. The pupils write the rule in Ukrainian: У підрядному реченні умови для вираження майбутньої дії вживається
Present Indefinite Tense.

Split in groups by three.
P1 gets a card on
which he reads what he will do next week-end. P2, P3 think of some
problems he may have while doing it. They ask P1 questions using
Conditional I.
e.g. to
go to the stadium and play basket-ball there
P1: –
I’ll go to the stadium and play basket-ball there.
P2, P3: – What
will you do if it rains?
– What
will you do if your mother asks you to help her about the house?
– What
will you do if you break your leg?

How to Keep
Fit
All people want to be strong,
healthy and slim, that is to keep fit.
In my opinion the most important
thing is sports. We should go in for sports regularly, do morning exercises,
walk a lot. Physical activity keeps us fit. But physical activity is a great
problem in big cities where people prefer to travel by car, by bus or by metro.
It is also important to spend more time outdoors, as fresh air does people a
lot of good. People who live in big cities and breathe polluted air are not so
healthy as people who live in the country-side, so it is very good to spend a
week-end in the country, to walk to school, to play games outdoors. Another
important thing is eating healthy food. Such natural products as meat, fish,
milk and all dairy products, fruit and vegetables contain a lot of vitamins and
protein which are necessary for a healthy body. We should keep a proper diet:
eat more fruit and vegetables and avoid sweet things. It is very important to
have regular meals – that is meals at regular times. We shouldn’t eat too much
or too little: both is harmful for our health. If you don’t want to put on
weight (to become stout), you shouldn’t eat after 6 o’clock. You’ll never lose
weight if you eat before going to bed.
To keep fit it is necessary to lead
a regular way of life, that is to have enough sleep, enough rest; to go to bed
early and to get up early; to take a cold shower in the morning; not to smoke
or take alcohol. Of course, it is necessary to prevent illness. To do that we
should consult the doctor regularly and be examined carefully. When the doctor
listens to our heart lungs, feels our pulse, takes our blood pressure, examines
our throat we can be sure that we are healthy and out of danger. As for me, I
know all the rules how to keep fit, but my life is very busy and I can’t always
find time for sports or going for a walk every day. But I try to have regular
meals to keep to a proper diet and eat healthy food. I think I lead a healthy
way of life, that’s why I am hardly ever ill. If I am sometimes ill it takes me
just a few days to recover because there is nothing serious with me.
